went to eat at Bugis, where my friend is working at.. it's like a small eating place, that serves western food like in fine dining resturant such as lamb cutlets and salmon.. and i also found out that the chef that is in the kitchen is a former Shatec trainer who used to oversee my class at the school's training hotel.. well.. he don't know me, so didn't recognise me.. i ate the lamb cutlet.. it tasted nice with the sauce and the mashed potato was nice.. sorry that i don't have any picture to show because i was like super hungry and then forgotten to take any of it.. :D

But i can say is that.. the food there is nice and tasty.. just that the temperature is rather warm as there isn't much seats in the premise and have to sit outside..

i'm so excited for the F1 race in Singapore!! i'm so going to catch it.. but too bad that i don't have the tickets to the seats.. only a TV to watch "Live" at home.. but to think of it, not so bad..

it's going to be a history making for Singapore.. because it's the first time that we have a F1 race here in this small island.. and also.. the first time for the F1 to have a night race.. So COOL!!! Friday will be the warming up for the cars, Saturday is the Qualifying Rounds, and THE MAIN DAY!! Sunday 7.30pm!! The race will start!! Whoo-- OH!!!!


guess what? i'm down with flu again.. haiz.. it seems like this flu virus loves me so much that it doesn't want to go away... haha.. please pray for me..

Hey people!!

As you may have guessed right, today IS my "weekend" again.. So to make it more meaningful(a bit), I will show you my favourite car - the car that I want!!

The Ferrari F430 Spider





But first, watch this video for some appretizer of the car



This car has maximum speed of 360km/h, with a very excellent accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in 4.1 seconds!! Many of you may wonder.. Why do you want to have a car that can go so fast but in Singapore, you can't even go so fast? Well, it's the function that the car offers..

Since young, I have a dream of driving a Formula One(F1) car, and the Ferrari F430 Spider is so close to the F1 racing car, with the changing of gears like the normal F1 car! And also, the car also provides with the different types of differential gearbox. It means that I can use the car as a normal car, a sports car, a racing car, or a car that you see in Intial D, those that can DRIFT like nobody' business..

-Why can the car go so fast?
Because the Ferrari F430 Spider uses the technology from the normal F1 car, using V8 engine. Plus, at the sides of the car, there are openings that allow cold air to flow into the engine, making the car go fast.

What is a V8 engine?
In simple terms, the engine is in V-shaped and with 4 pistons cylinders each side, making it a total of 8 pistons. And the engine is at the back, not the usual front.

So that is all I can describe.. The rest you have to experience it..


Oh ya.. The price of the car is $222,000.. Kinda expensive.. But it's worth it for a car like that!! :D

today was the day that my second brother went in the Army.. hope he will be doing fine in the Army.. and that nothing will happen to him.. also heard that he went to the same company as i went to during my BMT!! haha.. maybe... he will be having the same route as me throughout the whole 2 years.. haha..

talking about Army, makes me think about the army days for me again.. don't know why do i keep thinking of those tough training, sweaty runs, nasty mosquite bites, cold forest air, dirty rifle cleaning, but close bonding among each other.. miss those days.. it's been a long time.... hmmm... not a long time, because my ex-campmates and i have NEVER have any gathering ever since the day that we collected our PINK IC and shouted "ORD LOR" at our top of our lungs.. one of them tried to organise, but some of them cannot make it.. so in the end, it's cancelled.. haiz.. but MUST have a gathering.. miss the bonding.. and crapping together..

The voice of the Flesh is dangerous, because it tells us of our desires and what we want..

But the voice of the Holy Spirit is the truth, because it tells us of what the Father has planned for us, and the words that the Holy Spirit says comes from the Father.

-How do we know whether the voice is from the Holy Spirit?
-The voice of the Holy Spirit is a silent and still voice that speaks to our heart, a voice that brings peace to us.
-It also gives us a percieve and a knowing to the things that is going to happen, that is, our future.

today is like super boring..

went to collect my result slip from my school.. and i have a GPA of 3.51!! kinda high.. just want to thank God for the result.. :)

then after that, went to the Round Market at Tampines, to get my craving, which is CENTURY EGG PORRIDGE.. have been having that craving for like 2 weeks.. looking for it but cannot find.. BUT I FOUND IT TODAY!! that's nice..

then after that, went home to sleep until like now.. kinda pig..

later going off for Family, Faith, Food and Fun night at church..

a summary of the past week...

i have been a "head" chef in my department.. because my chef went for a holiday.. so good.. so i was left with all the work to do.. and with honour to work with my Executive Sous Chef helping me.. anyway, my department is only me and my chef, 2 people.. and my Executive Sous Chef don't really know what is going on in my department.. so i have to like guide him along.. so double job.. but praise and thank God that tomorrow is the LAST DAY!! WHOA OH!!

missed the final of the Ocean League Basketball.. heard that they lost the match... but WELL DONE TO EVERYBODY!! at least they had some experience about the league and that they can improve from it..

i have planned to go Australia NEXT YEAR!! so it's time to really save up!

Tracy Da Jie and Jia Le went back to Austria this morning.. sob sob.. didn't really have the time to fellowship with Da Jie.. but last night went out with them with Dixon, Jia Yen and Wenyi.. had a nice time..

decided to have a simple meal on my birthday.. not really a celebration.. with some friends..

i miss going to church on Sundays.. miss the worship.. miss being an usher.. and especially miss the sermons..

i'm going to collect my transcript aka my result slip from school on Wednesday!! have been waiting for this day.. to see how well or how bad did i do for my exams.. haha..

guess that's all for this week.. haha..
